We apply international modeling standards (Germany, Spain, USA) to substantiate design decisions. Our calculations make it possible to avoid mistakes in traffic management and reduce Customer costs.
UNIVERSAL TECH DECISIONS
Universal Tech Decisions (UTD) is a scientifically accredited organization (Certificate No. 000835 dated July 8, 2025), holding leading positions in the field of transport research and modeling in Kazakhstan. We are a resident of the Nazarbayev University Technopark and a member of the German Road and Transportation Research Association (FGSV), which confirms the high level of our expertise.
The company's mission is to create an institute of universal technological and advanced solutions in the field of transport. We strive to transform urban mobility by introducing innovative approaches and global quality standards into every project, whether it is a residential complex, a school, or an entire city highway.
With 16 years of experience, our team engages specialized international experts and uses advanced software to create accurate digital twins of traffic flows. We conduct in-depth analysis, including monitoring using drones, to offer solutions that work in practice, reducing traffic congestion and improving safety.
Cooperation with UTD ensures that clients not only successfully navigate permitting procedures and approvals with government agencies but also achieve tangible economic efficiency. Our developments allow developers to eliminate inefficient expenses, accelerate the start of sales, and increase the attractiveness of facilities for future residents through thoughtful and convenient infrastructure.

Development of traffic management schemes
Improving mobility
Modernization of public transport
Development of a comprehensive traffic management scheme
We create digital twins of urban mobility by performing traffic flow modeling at macro, meso, and micro levels. To collect high-precision data, we use Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) and advanced geo-analytics methodologies. This allows us to reproduce the real road situation with mathematical precision and test any changes in a virtual environment before their physical implementation. Our solutions help to:
Justify the construction of new roads and interchanges.
Optimize traffic light operations and increase intersection throughput (for example, choosing between a roundabout and a traffic light).
Forecast traffic load from new residential complexes and integrate them into the city network without creating congestion.
Ensure traffic safety around schools and social facilities.

Modernization of the public transport route network
We specialize in the comprehensive development of urban passenger transport, devising effective traffic schemes that make public transport convenient and fast. Our work includes not only route revision but also the implementation of dedicated lanes (Bus Lane) , the launch of electronic fare payment systems , and fleet renewal planning, including the transition to electric buses.
Our approach is based on the analysis of real passenger flows and the digitalization of the transport system. We design convenient bus stops, optimize pick-up and drop-off zones, and integrate the route network into the overall city infrastructure to enhance population mobility.
UTD's portfolio includes the successful development of Comprehensive Schemes for the Development of Passenger Transport and modernization projects for major cities in Kazakhstan, including Shymkent , Kokshetau , and Turkestan.
